Fermo Vending Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 Hey everyone, Got a call that one of my selections (C0) tells customers to "make another selection". This has happened in the past, and it turned out there was a loose harness connection in the back of the tray that I adjusted. I'm able to test vend the selection, and power cycling the machine usually fixes the error, but it's not clear to me why this would keep happening. I'm thinking the motors are good since I can test them. The other thing I've noticed in the past is that the issues seem to arise after a credit card purchase is made. Could me Nayax reader be affecting the board somehow? Anyone have any thoughts? TIA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gizmo Vending Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 If your machine has the connection contact board in the back then that selection just isn’t making a good connection.
