divot Posted March 7 Share Posted March 7 (edited) I have been with Nayax for over 2 years now. Before using capital I had 14 VPOS out in the field with no issues- about 18 months. Then end of last year I started getting new readers through Capital. A total of 8 readers and so far have had to exchange 3 of them under warranty - thankfully. No sure if their standards are getting loose or if the readers provided on credit are not NEW. Anyone else have similar issues? Maybe I'm paranoid.
