leo7068 Posted December 11, 2007 Share Posted December 11, 2007 I asked a huge bicycle shop about placing my little machine, and the manager said they had some at both their locations for a while, but the owner told them to move out. He didn't know why it didn't work out. He gave me the owner's email. How should I email this owner knowing he has had problems in the past, but still wanting him to offer my superior service?
