Expansion Angst

Argh!

I'm looking to expand my operations and can't decide on the best way to do this. Here are my choices (in order of current preference):

1. Cruise CL for deals on used machines. Pro- I can get decent machines for $50-75 each. Con- hit or miss- sometimes they are available sometimes you wait.

2. Buy an exiting route or locations from people who are bailing out. Pro: price includes locations. Con: might get lesser machines (mostly Vendstars) and have to relocate most of them anyways.

3. Look for deals on new machines. Pro: get them when needed and in great shape. Con: higher over cost.

Opinions invited.

I buy all my machines off eBay and Craigs List except for the Dentyne Ice machines.  I have gotten some really good deals.  For example, five Vendstar 3000 machines for $200, Northwestern Super 60 machines with stands for $25 - $50 and a spiral gumball machine for $100.  I suggest buying extra machines when you come across a good deal.  That way you are not lacking machines when finding new locations.
