acvending Posted February 29, 2008 Author Share Posted February 29, 2008 I am not going to complicate things at this point so we are just going to roll the dice on this one. Since originally she asked if we could service the route and never told us she wanted to sell it so that is the way I am going to play it. If after the 4 month period we decide we want to buy it we will make her an offer. If she takes it fine, if not then we walk away or keep servicing it and still make 75%. I think she will accept it and since its likely to make alot less then she is claiming it makes it will give us leverage anyway when we negotiate the buy price later. But either in the meantime way we are lining our pockets with her money and have zero risk. Worst case scenario is we don't end up buying the route. The time we serviced it will still give us experience and some nice extra money to buy more machines or even another route in the future. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
