No… I do not have a can shim, there are no shims in that slot, but I am using a bottle spacer.

I have a strange issue with monster drinks in my Vendo 511, for some reason if I stock the monsters to the top I can get two or three good vends before the cams gets stuck, but if I drop it down to 4 it can vend no problem, anything above 4 and it will consistently get stuck. Cam is set to two and back spacer is set properly

issued turned out to be a mix between a blown fuse and a bad control board Blown fuse was caused the light balast, so I unplugged the lights, replaced the fuse and control board.. So far so good.... Thanks for your help. -

I have not replaced the fuse yet, wanted a second opinion, but all 10 columns are showing as jammed, but only one cam is actually jammed. -

I had some come look at it and they noticed that the 5 amp fuse was blown, they mentioned that this might be the issue door devices being disabled. Is it possible to bypass the fuses and use some sort of direct power to the door ? -

Would this cause the other columns to show sold out. when I go into control board, error logs it says columns 1-10 are jammed. -
I have a vendo 511 that was working perfectly up until a couple of days ago. Today I noticed that all of the selections are saying sold out, machine is fully stocked, only know issue that I had was with cam on the monster column not cycling properly, replaced old spacer with a new spacer and that temporarily fixed the issue but cam issue came back, now credit card reader, bill, and coin acceptor are all offline
