Goals I read Perfoma's vending blog today. Nice to see into your head a little bit. I have enjoyed your comments the last few weeks I have been on here. Thanks to all of you for your support and encouragement.

We all need to have some goals in our Life and our business's (A Man Who Plans Nothing will Reach it Every time) One thing I love about this board is the answers you get. Proverbs 15:22 Plans fail for lack of counsel but with many advisers they succeed. As I start the adventure into vending I look at all of you who post as advisers, mentors, and maybe even Friends. The answers have been a great thing. Thanks to all that have answered questions for this newbie. I am looking at short term and long term goals for route and me.

Route

1. Cash flow enough to fund its own expansion.
( On the way with that one 12 locations and now have more machines arriving when there located I should be there)

2. Total number of Stops I want to run 120-150.

3. Time frame to hit number 2 is three years.

4. Run a mixed route Candy and Toys.

working on that now. Just got one 4way and getting 2 more next week going to set up for toys and see about getting them located.

Personal What I want to accomplish from the income when it starts making money

1. Keep a Cash reserve for the business for any possible expansion (buying an existing route etc...)

2. Add money to retirement.

3. Have money for Travel Ireland, Italy, and or France. fulfill the wife's dream of travel.

4. Own a cool old car or hot rod. Daddy needs to have a little fun.

I plan on printing this list out and hanging it above my computer. Ingrain it into my memory and life and work to reach each and every one of them. I will add more as I go along and remove them as I reach them. This is some of the things I want to accomplish with my route and Life. What about you guys? What are your goals and dreams?
