sorry, just realized steve used my computer and never logged out.

Sorry, ain't updated on this in awhile.

Hip surgery went okay. He is in rehab, and will spend 8 weeks there, then he is moving to an assisted living facility.

Now I am spending some time going through his house, and will have to get it ready to sell. There are a few repairs that will be involved with this thing.

He also has his step-mom's retirement condo from when she passed away that he has been trying to sell. She was a heavy smoker, and I just found out he painted the apartment, thinking it would eliminate the smoke smell. Unfortunately this does not, and will actually preserve what is making the smoke smell.

We were worried he was going to fight us the whole way, but he has surprisingly accepted most everything.

Now I just have 2 properties to clean/fix up, and sell, and a ton of stuff to go through.
