Hello I'm hoping someone can give me some assistance. This is my first Dixie Narco machine. I have a 501E (drink machine). The machine has been working great for the last 3-4 months - no issues. Then the past couple weeks - column 1 started dispensing more than 1 bottle each vend. This column I have 20oz Gatorade bottles. As I stated the last 3-4 months no issues until now. I am not sure where to start to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My dixie narco 501e is displaying 9995 and won't dispense product. What does it mean, I looked all over.

WARNING – I am new to vending so expect stupid/newbie questions ahead! You have been forewarned your are proceeding at your own risk! 😊 I am helping my son start a small town vending route/business. We have a DN 501E MC/SII-9 we are working on and its currently configured to sell 20oz bottles out of the first 4 selections (columns), columns 5-9 are already setup to vend 12oz cans. We would like to vend only 12oz can from the entire machine. We live near NBS Vending so we purchased the wide column plastic can shims from them. However, NBS doesn’t carry the narrow column metal 12oz can shims. I would like to purchase 3 if possible. If thats all I need. I have found complete shim kits for the 501E listed on eBay for around $175-$200 and the single 12oz narrow column metal shims individually for $27 each. (If I am looking at the correct shims, I have my doubts) Is this a fair price? Does anyone on this forum have any they would like to sell. In advance I would like to thank you for your time. My son and I have been lurking around reading the forums. The post and advice listed have really helped us out.
