Hello everyone, first post so let me know if I got anything wrong! With that being said, I have a vendo 312 and going from top to bottom trying to diagnose all of the issues to get it going again. I have a working coin mech and can put in the correct coin amount and upon pressing buttons get a red light for all of the soda options despite all sections being filled. I have tested the motors with a multimeter continuity test and all come back just fine so I don't believe the motors are dead. There is a small electronic piece called the vend relay from what I can find. How do I go about testing this component to verify it is good? Otherwise, how would I go about testing the machine for what parts could be faulty or if there is something I need to reset? As a side note, is there a good place I can get a wire harness as my harness and some of the connectors are definitely showing their age and exposure to the lights so having one on hand I feel would be smart.

Hey all, we’re a firehouse in NYC we recently picked up a Dixie narco 5591 machine trying to get it up and running as a way to raise funds. The issue we’re having is the display shows a row of asterisks followed by a row of zero’s. Any help trying to identify what message means is greatly appreciated. thank you.

This is a FastCorp OD820 Vending Machine for frozen goods (ice cream). It worked perfectly fine until a couple of months ago when I started having issues with the keypad not working. Now, the keypad does not light up anymore, and the screen that shows the selection you type in/the total amount you owe is not lighting up either. This, to my understanding, means that the main board either 1) needs to be repaired or 2) needs to be replaced. I’m not sure if there is just some battery that needs to be replaced on the PCB or if the problem is much bigger than that. Hello, I'm new in the forum and in the vending machine bussiness. About 4 months ago I bought an old vendo machine (electro mechanical, 7 column and 6 selections, sorry, don't know the model). It has been a real pain in the ***, within the first month I had to change the cooling deck, coinmech and evaporator fan, fortunately I found a guy who works for a big vending company and he gets me real cheap spare parts from machines that will be destroyed, I got a cooling deck in great condition for about $70 usd. Anyway, I've found out my machine has yet another issue, selection 1 (controls columns 1 and 2) gives 2x1 every time and selection 3 does it sometimes. I've tried changing the credit relay and also checked all microswitches but still no luck, what else should I check for? Sorry for the long post and I appreciate your attention.

Hello, I have a Dixie Narco 368 110v Single Price soda machine that started having some issues. I was notified that it started to autovend from the 8th slot immediately when the proper amount of change was given(one guy reported it double vended the 8th slot). Once the 8th option was sold out it would simply take the money without any response. I am used to this machine taking the money then making the loud click noise until a selection is made. Here is what I have tried. 1) I changed out the coin mech(both coin mechs respond the same) 2) Bypassed the bill validator(same) 2) Replaced the vend relay(same) 3) Attempted to install a replacement motor/motor switch - not exact match(see picture) - Resulted in simply taking money and no response(still gives proper change). 4) Took the known working motor switch and changed with the motor switch on the original(same take money or auto vend if product) 5)Tested by disconnecting the selection switch for the 8th spot with original parts to be sure not a button jam or something(still will auto vend 8th slot if anything is in it) I think I have concluded that the motor is weak or bad and that I need to replace with the exact motor, which I don't currently have. First off is there anything else I should try/attempt before tracking down the motor? Assuming it is the motor(I hope the 8th motor), is there a way to bypass the 8th motor and allow the machine to function as a 7 selection machine until I repair? I have 4 of the "replacement" motors that I tried to add to the machine(same cam, similar model, etc). Does it make a different or increase compatibility by replacing all 4 with same motor? Does having 1 different and three the same mess up the machine? Any assistance or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Just got an older Treasure Chest Crane, and the Bridge keeps jumping off the track when it travels form left yo right. It seems that the rear drive wheel gets more traction than the front drive wheel, which golphers the bridge and it jumps off the track. Any suggestions for fixing it?
