JLM Vending
I have never had NW's. But with my U turns, about 8 out of 10 spots I go to, people complain to me about misvends. And these are all legit misvends. I aligned everything properly. One of the u turns shipped to me from the manufactuer was even damaged and out of alignment so they sent me some tray to straighten the machine out. But this is getting real common, almost every place i go to they say they had misvends. Im trying to figure out if it's because they didn't use quarters or if it's because of the reliability of the u turn machine. Oh and I also use those springs and pam spray. I don't have much experience with other brands, but just wanted to know what you thought, if it's just the machine that had anything to do with it. I understand even with other brands you can have problems. But I think i might be having them a little too often.

JLM Vending
well one person was infact BSing. He said he lost 50 bucks in my machine then i said seriously? then he said naw. And the girl that lost 25 cents said she didn't use quarters. But at the tire shop, the peanut mm really was not working at all. So it's hard to say. jj54
THE 1ST THING I DO IS TO CHECK AND SEE IF THERE ARE ANY INCORRECT CHANGE, SUCH AS NICKLES OR PENNY"S, IF SO THEY ARE USING THE INCORRECT MONEYS. I ALL WAYS ASK IF THEY ASK, WHAT CHANGE ARE THY USING. THIS USUALLY RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Enck's Vending
i think this is why you see so many ppl say they like beaver, nw and a&a machines you get very little miss vends.I will only use nw or a&a and i have 15 rack locations and if i have one place tell me i have a machine miss vending then i no there is a problem because it normally doesnt happen.i hope you figure out the problem sorry i cant give you any advise because i dont use those machines but there are plenty on here who do so gl

I am just wondering if it is a u turn issue, perhaps they are not as reliable? I noticed that when i turn other types of machines, the force feels stronger
antoniocinisi
Right. I am just wondering if it is a u turn issue, perhaps they are not as reliable? I noticed that when i turn other types of machines, the force feels stronger those machines must be jedi`s, no wonder the force is stronger with them.all machines will misvend on occasion no matter the brand. Jax Snacks
Jax what about BD almonds? Do those need stirring? Probably. The larger stuff needs to be stirred up to prevent those log jams. But I never vended any nuts.
Jax Snacks
Right. I am just wondering if it is a u turn issue, perhaps they are not as reliable? I noticed that when i turn other types of machines, the force feels stronger The candy wheels are just different! Specifically, the size of the dispensing hole (pie slice). The NW "slice" is wide and shallow, where the Uturn "slice" is narrow and deep. The narrower opening on the Uturn wheel causes this log jam effect with the bigger sized candies - especially when lowering the setting to dispense fewer pieces. The spring stirs will usually fix the problem. Those high number of mis-vends will eventually get you booted.
Enck's Vending
those machines must be jedi`s, no wonder the force is stronger with them. all machines will misvend on occasion no matter the brand. you are right i do get miss vends once and a while but not 80%. when i go to do my racks i might get 3 a month. i did have a problem with one machine i replaced the whole machine and havent had a problem in 2 months. So i think 80% miss vends is really high i just hope he gets it figured out before to many places get mad and decide to make him leave so i wish him luck .
