havending
How often do you replace the claw string? I had one break right at the claw so I reconected it and a few days later it happpen again so I put new string in that came with the unit. So I guess the string becomes weak with use and now I should be good for a while. Am I right? I have to say it was very easy to do. West Coast Vend LLC
Depending on how busy the machine is, they could last a couple of years. The important thing for long life is make sure that all the wheels are lined up and the string isn't rubbing against anything as it goes up and down.
