I know that this manufacturer is based in Spain, has two US distributors and a diversified line of vending business activities in the US and worldwide. Thank you! The Jofemar machines are very different from machines made by the traditional manufacturers. As a consequence your options may be limited with service help, not many techs out there that seen much less worked on one. Parts are another concern, with only 2 distributors (used to be only one) parts are likely pretty expensive when compared to comparable parts for other brands.
