Shauna
All of my customers and potential customers are in a Microsoft Access Database. I can keep copious notes and change their status from "potential customer" to "customer" to "ex-customer" in a single click. It also tracks call back dates and all the other stuff needed for tracking sales efforts. I like it much more than Excel for this purpose.
jpbutler
That's pretty smart. I'm an ex programmer, yet i pay monthly for a cloud based crm to track my leads. Jpb Sent from my GT-P7310 using Tapatalk
