TVF is intended to be a information exchange for vendors of all kinds. We welcome those that provide goods and services to the vending community and appreciate their participation. We feel that this information should be exchanged freely WITHOUT members being subjected to sales pitches, the only appropriate information in a post is an answer to the question(s) asked.

Recognizing that the various goods and services offered by some members have value to others, the advertising policy has been updated to allow someone the opportunity to promote their business here on TVF.

We do expect the following rules to be followed regarding promoting and advertising your business. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact a moderator.

Advertising Policy

As of March 1, 2012, we will no longer be soliciting or accepting paid advertisements. We will, however, begin to allow members who would like to advertise their vending related product or service the opportunity to do so in the following ways, free of charge. All we ask in exchange for providing you free ad space is that you adhere to a few rules.

• 1. Your Profile. You can customize your profile page to advertise your business as much as you'd like. You are able to upload a custom background and even display YouTube videos advertising your business.
  

• 2. Signature. You can advertise your business in your signature with text or graphic. Please limit your signature to a respectful size. Signatures that are too large or otherwise distracting will be removed.
  

• 3. Posts/threads. You can start only ONE "unsolicited" thread in the advertisement subforum of the appropriate category. If you need to update potential customers about your product or services, please use your original thread. Additional threads promoting the same business will be considered spam and the appropriate action will be taken. Additionally, you can respond to any questions that are asked about your specific business or product anywhere on the forum.
  

The following options are also available. It costs nothing to offer your items here however, we do charge a small fee to offset our payment processing costs.

• 1. Our Store. You have the opportunity to offer your product directly to our members through our online store. We can automate the sales of your item, including accepting and processing the online payment. For more information about offering your product in our store, please contact the TVF admin.
  

• 2. Downloads Section. If you are selling a downloadable product, you have the opportunity to sell your item in our download area. Just like our store, you'll have complete control of price and we can provide you with online payment acceptance and processing.
  

Failure to adhere to these simple guidelines will result in your offending posts being removed and/or your posting privileges lost. As always, spamming of the boards, whether vending related or not, will not be tolerated.
