dogcow
i got a mcgreggor pusher and someone managed to unscrew the coin mech from the bolts somehow, not sure how they got the nuts to come off the coin mech. does anyone know how to prevent against this? the perpetrator managed to dump a load of pennies in there luckily the location unplugged the pusher when they noticed. any help appreciated
ronsidney
those nuts work them selves loose on their own on the mcgregors..I used to get my wire cutters and clamp down on bolt to break a few threads so it would have to be take off with a wrench if it becaem a problem..'same thing happens to other coin mechs in cranes etc and this has always been my quick fix. i dont think you was broke into,,it just probably got real loose and player found out he could slide pennies on top of coin mech down to play field ...I used to sometimes tape straw or something to top of coin mech in back so this didnt happen either.. These are just some of the things i was trying to avoid when i built my pushers!! ron
