Sparta_Automation
We will need more information such as....does it try to vend. Does it show a credit when money is inserted. Can you test vend ok, but not with actual money. Does it give any error code? Travis

vending guy
Hi Travis I have checked all the wirings, they look fine to me. When I do all motors test, the display says fail to all. It does show a credit when money is inserted and the display says' try other selection'. The motor does not response at all. Thanks. Dylan
Sparta_Automation
If they are all failing, I would check the plug on the motherboard and reset the connection. Travis
vending guy
Hi Travis, Can you tell me how to reset the motherboard? Thanks Dylan
Sparta_Automation
From the manual, it appears that there is a cable that cable that comes from the motherboard that controls the motors....this is one cable that I would simply unplug and plug back into the motherboard. Make sure that machine is off first. Travis
vending guy
Hi Travis, I have tried what you taught me, but still did not work. Would it be the connections way inside of the sliding panel? This area is hard to reach. Thanks again. Have a nice day! Dylan
vending guy
Hi Travis, When I turn on the machine this morning, the machine can reconize 17 motors (except A5, C5, D5). I think your method works, at least I can recover 17 motors. Thank you so much for your help! Dylan
Sparta_Automation
I would certainly reset the connection again and also look at the pins in the connector and make sure the pins are in the correct location. Glad that I could help ya. Travis
