dogcow Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 the way i did it, number each location, number each box then you have a sheet like this.. LOCATION # | BOX # REMOVED | BOX # PLACED | $ EXPECTED | $ COLLECTED so if you go to location #1 and you look on the box it is box #13, you write #1 in the first col, #13 second column you go get your new box to place, it is #20, you put #20 in the 3rd column. when you open the boxes you fill in the $ amounts in col 4 and 5 then i put everything into a bigger excel sheet wich added up all the collections for each location Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
