gumhead Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 A question for all you big time All American Chicken operators. What challenges are you running into with local tax & licensing regulations? I have heard of some towns that want operators to buy expensive business permits just to place one machine in the city limits. But simply put, the chicken is a non food vending machine and usual retail taxes and licensing will apply. Unless your state has exempted sales tax for bulk vending.
