Location Contact Sheet

I'm not sure how everyone else is doing it, but I make mine in Excel.  For the columns I have:

LOCATION, ADDRESS, CITY, MANAGER, PHONE, DATE LOCATED, DATE PLACED, KEY, HOURS OPEN, BEST TIME TO GO, NOTES

Then I list the locations going down (rows).  I wouldn't mind seeing how others are doing this as well.  ianhenry317 at hotmail.
