kai1836
How do you figure the proper machine size for a given location? Pizza shops double or single? I'm throwing "stuff" at the wall right now to see what sticks but perhaps a little insight would help me be more accurate. I put a double in a video game store today and wonder if that was overkill. They have 5 employees and seem to do a good business. Comments as always are welcome.
drvend1@yahoo.com
run 3 or 4 selection gum-skittles-candy?? and toy. 4 selection is what i will do at a min. i have tested over the years and the results are that the more verity you offer the better. Simon my avreage coins slots per location is 9.5.
shvend
I agree with simon, the more the better and if you see if it is overkill just change it!
G-man422
Kai, I deal strictly with triples. If a location is moving slowly, I just don't fill the product up as much. I think your double will do very well there (it is not overkill at all).
Beer980
Just keep an eye on it. If both are moving decent then go ahead and try a triple. With a triple most of us put a gumball or jawbreaker in the center with two different candy. Some places I will do a M&M gum/jaw Skittles. Others I will do a Reeses gum/jaw/ PM&M or Runts. It never hurts to ask if they have any favorites when you place it. Kids will bug their parents for whatever is in the video game store machine but if a worker has a favorite try that first. I have a place where the one girl in the office gets 2 gumballs a day and another girl is a feind for M&M's.
