LouReed101 Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Hi All, My insurance company recently requested that I include a "limit of liability" statement in all future service contracts. I have written contracts for only 25% of my clients. Does anyone have "limit of liabilty" passage that they use in contracts? I need to send the insurance company a copy of what I intend to use and don't want to have to pay an attorney to draw up something. Thanks to anyone who can help.
