Saeco SG200e UL - Water Problems

We own 1 Saeco SG200e UL that we purchased from a small company that was going out of business.  The machine was bought to use in our funeral home to offer fresh coffee and a variety of other options to families there for visitation.  What we have run into is that the machine is only dispensing into the cup about half of the liquid needed for the drink and the other half of the water is being sent directly to the waste water collection bin underneath the machine.  Any suggestion concerning this issue would be greatly appreciated.

How are you programming the beverages? Are you using a chip? If so, you have to make sure that you're not using the configurations from an old SG200, and trying to program into a newer SG200 model. 

 

I had this issue myself, realized that I was programming a newer model machine with an older model configuration. When I reloaded the newer machine with a clean factory default (from a new, clean machine), programmed it manually, it fixed itself.
