Whenever you want to buy a drink, it says that it is sold out, even if there are drinks loaded in it. 2. I can't change the message that it says. If anyone can help me that would be great! In back of machine you should see a plug with wires make sure no wires are frayed or disconnected. Thanks Not trying to add insult to injury but you actually have three problems, #1 is you bought a Genesis 380. Please research this forum before you spend anymore money in vending.
