TexasFreemason
Well, I am done with my coin pushers. I pulled the last of them Friday. I am going to sell them now. They made a lot of money at first, but just dwindled to nothing. At the end it just wasn't worth it. They will do great for somebody in a different area. I probably made 10 times my investment with them.
zjtaylor
Why do you think you started losing revenue? And what was the timescale for the 10x return on investment and your decision to pull them?
TexasFreemason
I started losing revenue because I am in an extremely rural area and the novelty of the machines wore off. They made a ton of money at first in convenience stores, but the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission made me take them out, so i moved them to restaurants. I made the 10x return in the first year I owned them, but over the next 2 years it slowly dwindled. Plus I lost the drive for them, there are only so many places out here that will support a pusher that don't sell alcohol.
