RVV500 calibration troubles

Have a problem with an RVV500...    it suddenly went out of calibration and i am able to get it all to get back working correctly except for the left side of the bottom shelf.... everything shows to be level so i am at a loss for what may cause this....it seems that the plunger cannot find the port on these few rows of beverages...any ideas?

Oh man it could be so many different things when it comes to one of these. Royal has free tech support and worth the phonecall. Might help narrow it down on where to look. With the fuse removed I would check and re seat all my connections on both the control boards and the wire harness.
