BookCrate
what is your experience with chinese-manufactured machines and cabinets? looking at a multicade: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Ms-Pacman-Donkey-kong-upright-arcade_60670643252.html?spm=a2700.7724838.2017115.101.4cb14344hORA2y used cabinets in new england are around this price and this has the benefit of theoretically being easier to repair (smaller board) and offers multiple games EDIT: looks like shipping is going to make it not quite worth it after all
brmorr
How much is shipping for that thing though? Don't understand why everyone needs these built for them. Its basically a cabinet, power supply, jamma wiring harness and controls and you have a multicade. If you can fix a crane, etc.. you can wire up a multicade. BookCrate
shipping seems to be around $300 unfortunately, and building your own takes time and requires space which living in an apartment does not afford.
toy crane man
I import toy cranes by the container from china. You will never get a machine from there for$300 in shipping! Individual pallets from there run $800-$1200 per pallet, depending on tariffs, customs fees....... Ordering from alibaba is not the way to go with amusement machines. Find a good supplier, that is importing by the container load, and deal with them. It was a very tedious process to get to where I could import containers into the USA.
