Squeakalop Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 Hi there. I'm new to vending, and Nayax's management application/website. One VPOS/device was created for me, which I was then able to setup to my machine. But everytime I try to add a new device or VPOS, I'm getting an error telling me the serial number is not unique, along with the serial number being generated everytime I start to create a new VPOS/Device, but this number is random everytime. Does anyone have any experience with this? Nayax support has been extremely elusive and useless, considering I'm paying monthly for the service. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Chard Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 Nayax has to set up the device for you. Once it is set up you can select VPOS, MEI, etc on the reader. You cannot proceed at all until the new unit is activated in their system. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
