Rainbow Crane stuck upon starting above prize box

Hello,

My box and claw came off the track upon moving it from truck to garage, fell down and off to the board, when I put the box and wheels back on and turn it on, it sets itself above the prize box and then starts making a noise and then goes out of order. Any ideas? 

Max-3700 board, Rainbow Crane Premier Claw.

1st with the power off, I would move the gantry/claw all the way side to side and back and forth manually to make sure it can move unimpeded. If that's good I would look at all of the switches and make sure none of them were bent or broken. If everything looks good then I would visually check out everything on the gantry then move on to check all of the connections in the crane to make sure something didn't come loose in transit.
