After we reprogram the cup to each selection, it will work for a little while. Then it will eventually go back to "sold out" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
cvending Posted October 9, 2023 Share Posted October 9, 2023 Check your shelf offset setting. Usual setting is at 900 but can vary by machine. If it is at 900 try by reducing setting to 850, then 800, etc to see which works best for you. Also check the home switch on the bottom of the picker cup.
