Soda Pop Vending Posted April 20 Share Posted April 20 Hey everyone, I have a Royal 650 live display. I’ve put a Nayax VPOS Touch on it, and so far it’s working pretty good. I noticed that I could create a product map corresponding to the MDB code. I did that, and I can see how card sales affects inventory. However, I can’t see cash sales. I have to go and count them manually. This is a problem because I won’t know remotely how much product I have left. I don’t know if it’s an EPROM issue or if I should upgrade my Nayax service tier to the next level. Anyone else having similar issues? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tblake05 Posted April 21 Share Posted April 21 It’s a limitation of the eprom/board. this machine is a tough one…. I have one that reports and one that doesn’t. it may be a simple eprom update, but maybe a complete board. post a picture of your board here or pm me for my email to send it to.
