Even though we have charged it..it keeps coming up with furness heater error, we think there's a faulty sensor..has anyone had this problem. The manufacturer are not helpful plus they sent us a faulty burner block whe. We purchased it It's not charging and we are looking trade effecting our business massively Any helpful tips appreciated.
