Vendo 570 troubleshooting help

I've got a Vendo 570 can/bottle machine that had two of the bottle rows jam.  I've cleared the jams but both now show sold out and I can't reset the machine.  Both rows were working properfly before the jam.  If I swap the cam lead from the sold out row with one from another working row, the original sold out row now works but the other working row no longer operates.  What am I dealing with here?  Sold out flaps are operating.  Are the sold out switches bad?  Lifting the microswitch tab doesnot cycle the cam/motor.

Those columns continue to be jammed because of the jammed gate links behind the motors.  If you pull the motors free you'll hear the gate links break free.  You can't replace them any longer.
