Fiktional Posted 5 hours ago Share Posted 5 hours ago Hi there again, I'm having an issue with my 660. Essentially for the most part it refunds change correctly. However, when it has to refund a higher denomination it fails to refund fully. My 660 is cash only and accepts all change and 1's and 5's. So for example let's say customer puts in 5 dollar bill and gets a soda for 1 dollar, the change should spit out 4 dollars worth of quarters. What happens though is it will spit out any where between 1.50 to 1.75 and not finish refunding and there are plenty of quarters in the tubes. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the MEI CF7000 or with the actually settings on the Board of the machine.
