I did some reseach in Ohio about them and still a little unclear. They are pretty cheap here (about $25 per county) for a year. Hillbilly Posted June 4, 2010 Share Posted June 4, 2010 I have mine for West Virginia. I think they are an essential part of the business. An LLC can protect your assets in the event of a law suit. I also pay sales tax as much as I disagree with it. It pays to be legal in all aspects of the business. This makes me stand out as a legal vendor.
