I love teaching and don't want to quit, but I need to completely maximize my money-making potential.... We just opened a new cafeteria in our school and have space for outside vendors to bring food in to sell. We currently have a local pizza place bringing personal pizzas daily and a chicken place bringing chicken sandwiches on Wednesdays... I've thought about ice cream and snow cones and quietly mentioned it, but it was shot down due to having sticky stuff on the floor. (Like the floor is clean at the end of the day??) What would be something I could sell to capitalize on all these students? Jamba Juice type smoothies would be perfect, but I'm not sure that is feasible... I haven't looked into it.
