coldsmoke Posted July 25, 2010 Share Posted July 25, 2010 Hello, I am new to the site and new to the vending industry. I have gained quite a bit of knowlege and am ambition to start vending. Currently I am look at a few nw 60 bulk candy machines on craigslist and ebay. I have a location ready where I can set up two single machines in different locations. (1) Lunchroom (2) Entrance of building. Plan on supplying it with chicklet gum (some wonderful mouth watering flavor) and also p MMs in the other. plan on switching the merchandise to see what does better where but my main concern is the start up of the business. As of now i have an LLC for another business. Planned on filing a DBA thru my LLC. Will plan on getting insurance as soon as I get more than a few machines up and going. Do I need A sales Tax ID in the state of MIchigan? and is there any other legal documents i need before placing my machines. Thanks everyone I have already learned a great deal on this forum!
