royalforest
I give out a 20% commission because it seems as though 10% would not be very much. Thanks
Sparta_Automation
It should be as low as the company is willing to take Also, are you giving 20% on gross or net? Travis

royalforest
Net or gross?
Sparta_Automation
Not necessarily too high. Some people like to figure it from gross. It's easy to calculate. I have 10% net. It ensures that I am still making a profit, but I'm also "nice" about what I take out to calculate net. Cost of goods, refunds and spoilage. royalforest
Travis I think your 10% net is the right number. I will start to lower mine from 20% net to 10% net. Thanks Rich
mission vending
You should give the customer whatever it is you agreed to give them when you set the account. 10%, 20%, gross or net doesn't matter as long as you live up to your side of the agreement. If you start arbitrarily changing how you pay commissions without talking to the location and seeking agreement you could be facing some awkward questions somewhere down the line, questions that usually lead to a kick out.
