I ordered the Shim and the rep said I needed 4 on each side but the machine says 2 per side. I tried both and 4 per side seems to fit best, when I set the cam to setting 2 like it says it Vends 2 drinks at a time. I've tried all the cam settings and none seem to work. Please help. You need 4 per side (the old shims were thicker) and they should look like this one. Set the cams so you have 6 valleys. I think it is the gold and green?
