dpvnc
My big choice did that a while back the claw had gotten bent on mine. There may be a micro switch at the homing position that is not working.

dpvnc
how did you figure out what was wrong?is there a manual somewhere online? Antonio: The Big Choice machine I have was distributed by Betson and manufactured by Elaut. They have since had a falling out so do documentation exists. I am a bit handy with mechanical things so I just began looking and found the problem.
antoniocinisi
did you use a tester to see where the issue may be?I gave the knob 4 turns to increase voltage so it pays out more often,do you think it may be related?I am stuck till monday,I plan on calling smart cranes to see if they can help,I was hoping to have this issue resolved or at least know what parts to order before then. dpvnc
It possibly could be that rheostat knob. I never used a voltage tester on mine. Both times it broke it was an obvious fix for me.
antoniocinisi
It works! fortunately this was only an adjustment and no parts to buy.I had a tech walk me thru as far as where to hook up the tester and the proper voltage, which was too high.I dont have a manual for this machine, but smart has great tech suport. I am really pleased that there was $40 in about 2 hours of operation.I know it will level off once the newness wears off but it`s off to a great start.best news my vending biz has had for a while.
