57thTom
Firefox just updated and put a warning about http addresses. PTA. Will this forum update to https anytime soon?
The Mage
There is a movement to convert the entire internet to https protocol. This can be a good thing, making everything more secure. Although at the same time I don't think that this is a high risk website. We don't handle transactions, or have any big secrets that need to be kept. I have been looking into it. This is a managed site, so it would be a small expense to implement, and an added cost each month.
The Mage
Update, while I have been planning on adding secure communications to the site, I have been kind of dragging my feet on this issue, but this has made me decide to go ahead and move on this. We should have a security certificate soon, and secure connections should be up and running by the end of the week, if not the end of the day. The Mage
Actually we should have a security by now, so I contacted IP. I did forget to respond to them, so it might be my fault. Since this is managed, I can't choose the service.
