blog-0813666001342112722.jpgI have tomorrow off my regular job so I am going out Locating tomorrow. I have a singe gumball and a couple of doubles I would like to get placed. I need to find one more eagle to go with the 15 I have so I can get all the 4 way racks I have coming set up and looking good. I will probably order 1 new one to go with them 50 cent mech and the XL cabinet to match the other one I will place with it. That or just make a couple doubles out of them. I know a few places I want to hit A BBQ joint in town Hope to get a gumball in there. a couple of the other diners in town. A couple of the motels Would like to get into the Rail Road one if not that hotel the Diner next door.

One thing I have learned is that flexibility is important. Be willing to change your business model when you need to. In Traveling across Missouri I cam across a sign for an old car museum. It was cool had Lincoln, Rolls Royce, Morman, Chevy's Ford's and various other makes from the early 1900's to the early 1980's. The collection was started buy a fellow that owned a area potato chip factory. His family started doing it in the 40's during the war. Made good money his buddy did baked goods. Flour eggs etc was hard to come by so He did well for those years. After WWII he did the same thing but people could get the stuff to make a lot of there own cakes. Rather then Change he continued until he was broke. that is why I like this forum it has open my eyes to help me work on my business model and make some changes to help it become a success

In following this forum I have learned to be flexible. Candy and toys are a good mix and adds some diversity. It is never easy but can be rewarding. I am working on getting some mixed toy and candy racks set up and placed the next couple of weeks I know I will be adding another level of diversity to my route and my business.
