Davis Caroline
Has anyone here seen where someone has placed a piece of clear plastic diagonally inside the NW Super60 globe so that it holds less product (and pushes the available product against the front-facing side of the globe)? I've seen this a few places in my area and it allows you to use half the amount of product yet the globe (from the front) looks 100% full. I called Northwestern and this is not a part they offer, so someone is making these themselves. (And I'd like to do it too.)
dperry
It's something I thought about doing. Using mirror plastic might help to make look like even more volume.

Next time I see it, I'll take some pictures. That said, if anyone reads this thread later and does this or has seen it, please continue to chime in. Hillbilly
Take a peanut butter jar and drill a 1/4" hole in the bottom. Slide it over your center rod lid end first. Then just fill your machine as always. It will take up a lot of room.
PerformaVending
Interesting. I've never considered that for a globe machine- I'll look around. Thanks for posting!
Metro
Yeah. I saw one just last week at a barbershop in Long Island, NY. It was a piece of plexi lodged diagonally to one side of the threaded rod. I thought it was a great idea. The machine was a former Folz machine now tagged from Elyse vending who I think is from the Folz family. Great idea.
