My only complaint is that I have tried to contact them several times after the sale as the machine I purchased has a Tri-Teq lock and I wanted to purchase another remote to unlock the machine. The Tri-Teq code was registered to them and I needed a release/authorization before Tri-Teq would sell to me. I emailed several times.....but they never responded back. But the machine was fine. CajunCandy Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 Same here, bought a ap 6000 from them refurbish everything worked until I placed machine, then A4 motor quit working, called talk to tech, said a replacement motor would be sent, never received motor I bought a couple of used motors off ebay and never did look back.
