Today the secretary gave me two envelopes with $10 in quarters and the other with mixed coins worth few dollars. She said the money just came out two seperate times for different people and they turn it in. I think there is more since the coin mech was pretty empty. The coin mech seems to be ok. Any ideas? Technivend Posted May 1, 2012 Share Posted May 1, 2012 Very seldom is a jackpotting changer caused by the changer itself. Like dogcow alludes to it is usually caused by outside electrical interference especially on the older machines. I would do as dogcow suggests as well as adding a surge protector to the outlet. I have also seen this caused by ice machines being next to the snack.and large exhaust fans being in the general area of the machine. This is airborne interference. Uncommon but not unheard of.
