havending
I have a sports arena and none of the clear or red bulbs are working. It's my understanding that the light driver board is desgined so that if lights short out it will only harm one bulb at a time. Could the whole board went bad at once? Any thing else I should check? Game will coin up and play fine but no lights. Sent from my Desire HD using Tapatalk
Billnuts
ok its a fuse on the driver board or a fuse going to the driver board it operates on 120v and there is a driver cable running from the mainboard to the driver board make sure all the cables are seated check the fuses out of the boards with a ohm meter. if you still cant figure it out unplug the output section of each string there is 4 plugs for light output one for left one for right one for top string and bottom string and see if one whole set is shorting out the light driver board problems with idividual lights are 95% of the time broken sockets the black bakelite sockets have a gold center < bent piece of metal if you look inside they snap off due to heat and age.. you have to replace the outlets its easy and takes about a hour to do all of them you need the outlets.. http://www.mylampparts.com/Products/Candelabra-Base-Phnlic-Sckt--wOne-Ring__SL19127.aspx cheapest price on the net count up all the ones that are broken and replace them all they are two wires and you can crimp or solder the new ones in. bulbs are available at suzo happ under bulbs bill
