raquel Posted December 2, 2012 Share Posted December 2, 2012 I'm pulling out the candy wheels from some Northwestern machines I just bought to sell them. I noticed there is a black rubber ring between the wheel set and the globe. Does the ring go with the globe or the candy wheel? I just don't want to sell something that's incomplete.
