Anyways how big is your route currently? what does it consist of? what are your top 5 locations? also what is your top location ratio? how long have u been doing full line, and part time or full? Goal? ill start... My route: 14 currently located (6 snack, 8 can) 4 ready to locate Consists of Soda/Snack (have bulk as well) my top 5 locations 1) dairy (snack/coke) 2) Low income Apartment complex (snack/coke) 3)Truck Sales center (snack) 4)Apartment complex (snack/coke) 5) Tire Shop (coke) my ratio is something like 20% of my full line machines make 70% of my income. doing full line for 8 months, full time goal is to hit 25-30 full line accounts by may (1 yr aniversary) i have the money to expand just need to locate! please share with us members a bit about your vending biz. I still have my full time job and I have plenty of competition here now. 1- machine shop - cold drink - snack - bulk candy 2- scrap yard - snack - cold drink 3- tire/repair shop- snack - cold drink - bulk candy 4- pipe yard - snack - cold drink - bulk candy 5- upholstery shop - snack - cold drink - bulk candy 6- bar room - snack - hot nut machine - bulk candy 7 two large used car dealerships - snack - cold drink - bulk candy 8- oilfield company - snack only - still working on cold drink machine there. two machines I need to move because of it being slow sales! mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
