antoniocinisi Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 it would be about time.I want to say that at times you can easily have 7-8 bucks worth of "change" in europe .they have a 1 and 2 euro dollar coins along with 50 20 10 5 2 1.Italy doesnt use the penny or 2 cent coin. all the other coins are common even the 50 cent piece.

Congress passes laws, not the president. If it were to get passed, against the lobbying efforts of the paper and ink industries and god knows who else I doubt Obama would veto. I'm doubtful congress could agree on anything unfortunately. They would need a powerful senator to attach it to a defense appropriation bill or something.
