Gamvend Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 One of my account called and complained that my national 430 cold food machine was making a rattling noise. The bearings around the compressor fan must be getting worn because its wobbling a little and making noise. My question is, I assume that I need to order a new fan, is there an easier way to fix this or, do I have to pull the whole compressor out, turn it around and install a new fan? Walta Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 The motor is available at your local refrigeration supply house. Pulling that unit is a pain, mostly the evap coil.
